In India, all regions and states have their own speciality in these food like we can take an example of one of the famous state Delhi, which is popular for its street food as all type of food is available whether it is Indian, Chinese or Continental and this same goes for Mumbai.

When she went for the India tour, she observed many things about street food that hawkers and food vendors sold freshly cooked food using fresh ingredients. Kachori is one of the popular street food of Bikaner, Rajasthan, delicious and yummy in taste served with hot kari and aloo ki sabji. There are many famous foods like Mirchi Bada which is favourite of the locals and are available almost all the street stalls. Rajasthan is famous for its popular food, Dal-Baati-Churma, Samosa and one of the famous dessert, Milk cake of Alwar.

Chole Bhature


Delhi is the best place to have street food and the most famous street food is Chole Bhature, which is a Punjabi dish, generally eaten in breakfast or lunch. Many varieties of street food is available such as Rajma Chawal, Parathe and many other items of chaat which can fill your mouth with water.

Aloo Tikki


Aloo Tikki is the best street food of the Lucknow available on road-side stalls. This dish vary from place to place and with different names like Ragda Pattice in Mumbai and Aloo chat in other place. Galauti Kebab is also another most famous street food in Lucknow.

Vada Pav


Most popular road-side food, which is famous in Mumbai. It is a combination of fried vada served with pav having red and green chutneys along with green chillies.
