The world’s famous Michelin star chef Vikas Khanna will cook for our honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 24 September 2015, who is on a visit to the U.S.A. Along with PM, there will be a number of CEO’s of top global companies and other members, who will join this official ceremony. Chef Vikas is extremely overwhelmed after getting this prestigious opportunity.

Born in Amritsar, the chef has also revealed his new book title Utsav: A culinary Epic of Indian Festivals at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival conducted in France a few months ago. For this auspicious occasion, he will prepare around six to seven course meal covering more than 30 festivals of India to display the “rich, beautiful India” in a new version and also to spread the India’s diverse taste.

This dinner meeting will be held at the New York’s Waldorf Astoria, which is a luxury five-star hotel. Here, you will see many global faces, such as Mr. Marillyn A Hewson, a chairman of Lockheed Martin, Mr. Mark Fields, a president of Ford Motor, Mrs. Indra Noori, the CEO of PepsiCO and Mr. Jorge Mesquita, a chairman of Johnson & Johnson.

The food menu is already planned for today by the Chef Khanna, who will prepare Poha, Khandvi, Modak, Thandai, Dates, non-alcoholic drinks and desserts for the PM and delegates.
