The Mumbai-based online food ordering company, TinyOwl has declared the launch of its new platform for the food internet startups and home chefs. Via platform, the users can order home-cooked meals from home-chefs in their area. By launching this app, TinyOwl increases the competition with the well-known models Zomato and FoodPanda.

According to the Mr. Harshvardhan Mandad, a co-founder of TinyOwl said,

“The platform is expected to be launched in December, and that the startup will provide a full stack of technology services to internet first restaurants or restaurants based solely on a delivery model, listed on its platform. The services offered will include creating websites, building their mobile apps and managing their order inventories, among others.”

This platform is best for those, who have just started their foundations into this highly competitive online food sector. The company will also provide a complete support to the “Internet First Restaurants” or the home-chefs in the form of technology services. Earlier, the TinyOwl has launched its app named as TinyOwl “Home Made”, which is the best way to connect home-chefs with foodies.

This app currently runs on the Android platforms. Once you have downloaded this app, choose your preferred meal from a daily changing menu, which will be on the app. As per your choice, TinyOwl’s home chefs will prepare the meal and deliver it to their doorsteps. And, one of the best parts of this app is customers can schedule deliveries as per their convenience.

At present, the company has around 10,000 restaurants under its platform and makes it impressive position in the market by giving the tough competition to the market leaders FoodPanda and Zomato. Another target of the company is to take 1000,000 orders in around 50 cities of the country each day, by the end of this year.
