Required Ingredients

  • 3 packets of Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 and ¾ cups of Warm Water
  • ½ cup of Honey
  • ½ cup of melted Butter and also for brushing
  • 2 tsp of Salt and also for sprinkling
  • 2 large Eggs (beaten)
  • 4 to 6 cups of Flour

  • Before starting the preparation of Rapid Rolls, first preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Add the instant yeast and warm water in the bowl of the stand mixer, which is fitted with the paddle attachment. Leave it for 5 minutes, until the bubbles come to the surface.
  • Now, add this mixture in the honey and stir well. On very low speed, add ½ cup melted butter, 2 tsp of salt and eggs.
  • After that, slowly add the flour cup-by-cup, till fully incorporated and the dough pulls away from the sides of the mixing bowl.
  • If it’s too sticky, then you can add more flour.
  • Divide the portion of the dough into 24 even servings. Place in a cast iron skillet or on a baking sheet spaced evenly apart.
  • Now, set aside and allow to rise for around 20 minutes or until doubled in size.
  • Brush all the rolls with melted butter.
  • Bake for around 25 minutes, till the tops of the rolls turn to golden brown.
  • Transfer them in the plate and brush with more melted butter and sprinkle with a little salt.
  • Rapid rolls are ready to serve.
