Today, we’re coming up with our next Indian snack named “Paneer Bread Rolls”, which are great as a starter and also a tasty compliment for breakfast and afternoon tea. It is a very easy and quick dish to prepare. As, Paneer is used in many dishes and almost everyone liked it very much. This spicy and crispy dish entice your appetite and trust me, it’s very delicious to taste. So just try out at home, all you need some Bread and Paneer.

The step-by-step instructions on how to cook Paneer Bread rolls:


  • 1 cup of crumbled paneer
  • 2 medium size onion (chopped fine)
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp powdered cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped fine)
  • A few slices of bread
  • Salt according to your taste
  • Oil for frying

Step-by-step Method

  • Crumble the Paneer and place it in a bowl, then add red chili powder, garam masala, salt, chopped coriander leaves and onion, and jeera into it.
  • Mix the mixture properly with your hands.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste to the mixture and blend it again. The filling is ready.


  • Now, for bread, as per my suggestions use brown bread because it is better than white bread and also it is healthy for us as it is made up of wheat.
  • Immerse each bread slice into the water for a bit minutes and after that, press them slightly to squeeze out all the water.
  • Crumble the bread and mix it properly to make a soft dough.
  • Make a round shape balls of a soft dough and via rolling pin flat them slightly.
  • Now, stuff the filling into the center of them and close the edges of the flatted bread together. The roll is ready.
  • Heat the oil in a wok (kadhai) and deep-fry the rolls into it, until they turn golden brown color from all the sides.
  • Serve them with ketchup and chutney.
