Bhajnee Chakli

For bhajnee chakli, roast the rice and black gram separately and cool them completely. Now, grind separately and after that, take 2 cups of bhajnee flour in a bowl and add salt, cumin powder and chilli powder, then mix well. Knead this mixture well into a soft dough with a cup of water. Put this mixture into a chakli mould and take out several chakli and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Take refined flour (maida) in a bowl and add the salt, carom seeds and dried fenugreek leaves and mix well. Add some Nutralite Table Spread and mix it into the flour, then knead into a hard dough. Now, make equal balls of dough and flatten them slightly, then give shape what you wish. After that put them on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Boil milk in a pan and simmer till it reduces to half of its quantity. Add saffron and mix well. Now in water, mix citric acid and add to the milk and after that, add dissolved cornflour and continuously stir in the mixture till it thickens. Add cardamom powder and mix well then, add Natura Diet Sugar in it and stir it. Now, divide the mixture and shape them into round pedas, sprinkle almonds over the pedas.

Take a pan and boil the milk in it and add sugar, saffron and simmer for 5 minutes. Now, grind green cardamom, dry rose petals, cinnamon and peppercorns to a fine powder. Add this powder to the milk, after it, grind almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts, melon seeds and poppy seeds with one glassful of chilled milk to a smooth paste. Make a design inside of the serving glass and pour some khus syrup.

The buds and leaves of cannabis are mashed and ground into a green paste in a mortar with pestle. Now, add milk, ghee and spices to make this drink.
