New-Delhi based Carnation Hospitality has decided to invest INR 250 Crore in the next five years. The firm wants to expand the aroma of food and beverage brands, which are running under it. And, recently the company has got the permission to establish some of the food and beverages (F&B) outlets at the metro stations in New Delhi.

Carnation Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. owns and operates the chain of restaurants. The company was initiated in 2009 in the New Delhi and it has been a subsidiary of the Rollatainers Ltd. The company gets a huge success from its restaurants, which are operating in the country, so to open more brands will surely increase the business and also make a solid position in the food sector.

Rollatainers is one of the largest integrated packing companies that offers innovative and efficient product ranges provide all types of packaging from printed lined cartons, laminates to machinery. Last year, it forayed the food business via its subsidiary Carnation Hospitality and since then, Carnation has acquired existing F&B businesses, such as Barista for around INR 100 Crore from Lavazza Spa and become the fourth owner of the coffee chain.

Currently, the company is renovating the Barista brand across the country to make them up to date and modern and add more outlets to reach 550 from the current 190. The third largest chain, Wendy’s, which has recently opened its door in the capital of India operates under the Carnation Hospitality.

The company is planning to open 150 outlets of Wendy’s in the country over the next five years. And, in the October, it will also open the first branch of Jamie’s Italian along with Jamie’s Pizzeria, owned by the famous celebrity chef Jamie Oliver in the New Delhi.
