By watching a view of ocean with eating French-Japanese and Italian dishes are one thing, but if you are served by the two most talented chefs, who share three Michelin stars mutually, that’s something different and interesting. The JW Marriott, Mumbai experience dishes first time by Singapore-based 4XFOUR Michelin pop-up.

4XFOUR is the Singapore’s largest Pop-Up restaurant with 4 amazing menus cooked by 4 Award Winning Chefs. They have featured with eight-course meals, which priced at INR 7000 (exclusive of taxes).

This program is about two weeks, commencing from today and ends on 18 April, that has set up at Mezzo Mezzo, an Italian restaurant located in the JW Marriott, Mumbai. In the first week, Chef Laurent Peugeot offers new French-Japanese fusion dishes that include Scallop, Burned and Marinated with Sake Soja, Puree Pumpkin, Pomelo and Takun, Scampi Eggplant Dengaku Crispy Soja, Crispy Scales with Fondue White Turnip and Sesame Broth. For vegetarian people, there is a separate menu with dishes like Risotto of Hazelnut, Shisho Leaves, Pumpkin Espuma and the Green Asparagus.

In the second week ( 15-18 April) will mark by Giovanni D’amato of Ristorante II Rigoletto and Relais & Chateaux Grand offering traditional Italian dish. The culinary methods, which they used in cooking is artisanal methods, that includes interesting foods, such as Zuppa di Pesci Cotti e Crudi, Radici e Tuberi. In Vegetarian dishes, Pomodoro, Stracciatella, Olive e Basilico.
