A Strawberry Lassi or fruity lassi with goodness of strawberries. It’s the best and healthy drink for the summer to beat it in a yummy way. Only a few ingredients are required to prepare this beverage with a very less time. Here, we share a recipe of it for you, so that you can try it at home and relish in this season.

Strawberry Lassi recipe below:


  • 9 strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of fresh curd (dahi)
  • Few ice cubes

How to prepare it

  • In a bowl, cut 3 strawberries into small pieces and keep it aside.
  • Put the remaining strawberries and sugar in the blender, and blend it with a very high speed for about 30 seconds.
  • Now, pour the milk into the mixture, then again blend for next 30 seconds.
  • After that, add yogurt into it, and blend on high speed for just 1 minute.
  • The Strawberry Lassi is ready.
  • Now, at the time of serving, put ice cubes in the glasses and pour the lassi into it.
  • Top it with the strawberry pieces, which you have cut in the starting.
