Like everytime, the Food Hospitality World (FHW) exhibition is yet again going to be held at MMRDA Grounds, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai, which has started from today and will continue till 23 January 2016., In this event, the Great Indian Culinary Challenge (GICC) will be completing a venture of 10 years, which is going on across all the three days.

This year, more than 150 chefs that are working with various dominating hotels, restaurants and hotel management institutes are participating in the competition. GICC, supported by the Western India Culinary Association (WICA), is a food cooking competition in which proficient and beginner chefs across the country are able to show their individual and collective skills, learn and share experiences, partner, and network in a competitive environment.

The inauguration will be done by celebrity chefs Aditya Chopra and Ranveer Brar. On the second day of the event, there will be a Hospitality Knowledge Exchange panel discussion in which GMs from top hotels across the city would be speaking on the topic “India Hotel Development: Vision 2020”. On the last day, a special meeting will be conducted by the Indian Hotel and Restaurant Association (AHAR) that includes restaurateurs and hoteliers in the city.

The main and interesting highlight of FHW 2016 is Turkey that will be the largest pavilion in which 13 companies will participate. Moreover, around 200 exhibitors are likely to take part that will display different segments of the food and hospitality industry like F&B, interiors, housekeeping, kitchen equipment, bakery, and others.

Among them, a few exhibitors have already registered their names for the exhibition like V silver Hotel Wares, Samarth Cookware, Sun Mark, AV&T Hospitality Solutions, Venus, The Coffee Co, Raunak Kitchen Equipment, Gilly, Alliance Laundry System, Shree Manek, Chheda Industries, King Metal Works, Cello and many more.

Throwing light on the F&B category, companies related to confectionery, energy bars, biscuits, cheese products, Japanese sake and noodles, fruit juices, rice, pasta, bread and bakery, gravy and mixes, jams, ready to eat, fresh fruits and vegetables, wine will be participating in FHW Mumbai 2016.
