Tata Hexa VS Toyota Innova Crysta

Mentioned below is a brief comparison between Tata Hexa and Toyota Innova Crysta regarding their respective features and specifications.

Style and Design

Tata Hexa is based on the Aria model and is carried on the same platform with almost similar dimensions. However, it flaunts a relatively aggressive styling with the use of 19-inch wheels, mesh pattern grille, broad air dam, body cladding on the sides, rear spoiler, LED tail lamps and dual exhaust tips. The cabin is equally appealing with its seats adorned in twin-needle stitching pattern, LED mood lighting and captain seats for the front row covered in leather.

Toyota Innova Crysta has been re-furbished with numerous changes in order to differentiate it from the earlier version. It receives a low roofline that slopes forward and the side profile displays a sleeker appearance. The two slat grill is flanked by a projector headlights which are fitted with LED DRLs and the tail lamp cluster has been re-styled. As we move in, the cabin is highlighted in a dual color tone of Black & Beige and it looks similar to that of Corolla in many ways.

It will make use of common rail fuel injection technology and will pump out an improved power output.

The engine lineup of Crysta consists of a 2.4 litre diesel motor, which when mated to a manual gearbox makes 147Bhp at 3400 rpm and torque of 342Nm between 1200-2800 rpm. However, with the presence of an automatic transmission, it generates 360Nm of torque between 1200-2600 rpm. As far as the 2 litre petrol unit is concerned, it pumps out 137Bhp at 5600 rpm and 183Nm of torque at 4000 rpm.

Tata Hexa is adorned with a wide variety of cosmetic elements on the exterior as well as interior portions. The list include body colored ORVMs accompanied by turn blinkers, radiator grille with a lot of chrome detailing, blackened pillars on the outside along with adjustable driving seat, power windows, armrests, parking sensors, engine immobilizer and much more.

On the other hand, the Crysta is also loaded with numerous noteworthy features inside and out. The exterior features highlighted include chrome outline on the doors, alloy wheels, chrome grille, a pair of reflectors and a sporty rear spoiler. The interior is home to various hi-tech equipments like a touchscreen infotainment with Bluetooth, HDMI and web browser connectivity, multi-function steering wheel, a height adjustable seat for the driver, ABS, EBD, dual front airbags, etc.
