Where Mercedes-Benz assured to launch a range of cars with an appealing facelift versions, others are also in the race and ready to launch a series of updated versions of the Sedans in the current year.

1. BMW 6 Series GT

The car is debuted at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show, the 6GT is ready to render the 3GT same company in the country. The car will compete against the Volvo S90 and the E-Class LWB and will fit between the 5-Series and the 7-Series. The engine takes a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine which is able to churn out a maximum power of 260PS and a peak torque of 400Nm and on the other hand a 3.0-litre, twin turbo petrol motor generates a maximum power of 342PS and a peak torque of 450Nm. 2. BMW M5

The fastest car, BMW M5 is expected to arrive in India this year. The quickest car is powered by a 4.4-litre motor which is able to churn out a maximum power of 600PS and a peak torque of 750Nm. That much of production is possible because the car comes equipped with indirect charge air cooling, increased fuel injection pressure and new turbochargers. It takes an advanced map-controlled variable oil pump to fulfil the need of ample amount of oil every time when required. 3. Mercedes-Benz S-Class Facelift

Audi A8 is very appealing whether its looks or onboard setup. It made debut in the latest Marvel movie and ready to launch in India. It has a ‘Level 3’ autonomous driving technology to make automatic driving on the highway with the exceeding speed of 60kmph and a massaging feel to your feet with a messaging footrest. It has an assistant to talk with and ask for navigations, set the cabin temperature, control media, and call your contacts. It is smart enough to identify if the driver is coming holding his smartphone. It has a mild-hybrid system, a lithium-ion battery of 10Ah and a 48V belt alternator starter (BAS). 6. Ford Aspire Facelift

The Ford Aspire Facelift is speculated to take in the headlamps, refreshed grille, bumpers, and wheels. Coming to interior updates, both the Figo and the Aspire sub-4 metre sedan are taking the 6.5-inch SYNC 3 touchscreen infotainment. The facelift is powered by the EcoSport 1.5-litre, 3-cylinder Dragon series petrol engine in a downsized 1.2-litre version. The new facelift is expected to launch in India in the first half of 2018 and priced at Rs. 50,000.

7. Toyota Yaris Ativ

Shekar Viswanathan, the vice-chairman, and director of Toyota Kirloskar Motor notified in a statement that Toyota will focus on more mass-market cars from now. This revelation hints about the Yaris Ativ sedan launch in India. The car will compete in the market with Skoda Rapid, Honda City, Hyundai Verna, VW Vento and Maruti Ciaz. The somewhere similar looks on the car with Maruti’s pie and Honda’s pie carries over considering Toyota’s popularity. The car comes across with complete package. The expected engine consideration include a 1.5-litre petrol and a 1.4-litre diesel motor.

8. Tata Electric Tigor

The electric initiative of Tata Electric Tigor in terms of manufacturing cars for government-run agency Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) has started manufacturing electric cars. Once the production completes, we can expect the new Tata Electric Tigor launch in India. However, the specifications about the car are not revealed yet, we expect it with 90-100 kilometers covering for a single time charge occurrence. This new offering is expected to price at Rs. 6.5 lakh which worth value for money.

9. Maruti Ciaz Facelift

The facelift of Maruti Ciaz is expected to launch in the country as it is spied while testing for the flagship model. The expected changes in the new car will cover headlamps, tail lamps, wheels, and grille side. Although, there can be much more under the bonnet as well. The Maruti Ciaz facelift variant is expected to power with a 1.5-litre diesel engine rather than the Fiat-sourced 1.3-litre engine and it can be the reason for testing this test mule.
