Maruti Suzuki Swift Exterior

The 2018 Swift is more sporty and takes the inspiration from the decade-old model of Swift and a higher notch. The front configuration of the car gives a more mature look now along with a redesigned headlamp unit, projector headlamps, and LED daytime running lights than the earlier having the multi-reflector. The turn indicators in the headlamps previously placed away from the grille and now they go towards it. The fog lamp placement remains circular although the chrome finishing is missing now in a new model. It receives a large hexagonal grille in relation to vertical slats instead of the honeycomb mesh like the outgoing version. The bumper is reworked to make a change in front face in the new hatchback.

Coming to the side frame, the handle of the rear door is now arranged to put on the partly blackened C-pillar of the car instead of old where it was visible on the door. The addition of dual-tone alloy wheels is also new in the 2018 Swift variant.
