From affordable cars to luxurious, all were there, out of which, some vehicle has already been out for sold in the country, while many are still set on launch card. Looks like, it will be 2019-20 that is going to host all new launches at the upcoming Delhi Auto Expo 2018. So a list is here of all those cars which are going to make their presence in this year.

Below mentioned the list of Upcoming Maruti Suzuki Cars that will be launched country in the next two years 2019-20 :

Maruti Suzuki Jimny (SUV)

The Maruti Suzuki Jimny, which accumulates around 20,000 and above purchasers in the UK, is about to come all the way to India sometime now. To note down the reaction in India, the model was presented in 2012. But after that, no information was revealed by the marketer in India. By the launch, the SUV will be an entry-level SUV and put between the Grand Vitara and the Maruti Suzuki Gypsy. As the Jimny SUV has got updates in the year 2013 with the addition of a new bonnet shape, a new grille, a new front bumper, the fog lamps, and central air intake.

Maruti Suzuki Vitara (SUV)

The new Grand Vitara may be showcased in the 2020 Delhi Auto Expo and would be further launched in the same year with multiple variant options. Maruti Suzuki Gand Vitara was debuted at the Paris Motor Show 2014 and is a production version of the IV-4 concept SUV. The SUV is powered by a naturally aspirated 1.6L petrol generating a maximum power of 118bhp and a peak torque of 156 Nm. The petrol engine variant is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission or 6-speed automatic transmission. The car will be seen in the Indian market by the next year.

Maruti Suzuki Wagon Variants

Maruti Wagon R Electric The Maruti Suzuki is expected to launch Maruti Suzuki Wagon R diesel, R MPV, R facelift, and MR in India by next year. According to experts, the Wagon R diesel will be a new trendsetter in India and expected to launch on Oct 2017 – Nov 2018 with a price tag of Rs. 4.20 – 5.30 Lakh. A Seven seater concept of the Wagon R is expected to repeat by R MPV variant which is shorter in length and limited boot space and expected to launch on Jun 2018 – Aug 2018 with a price tag of Rs. 6.00 – 7.00 Lakh. In India, the MR Wagon is powered by a new K-Series 660cc MPFI petrol engine which is mated to a CVT transmission. If the car launches in India, it will be offered with diesel and CNG options as well.

Maruti Suzuki Future S


Maruti Suzuki Future S concept was earlier showcased at the 2018 Delhi Auto Expo making everyone stare at the concept car. It is expected that the concept car will be available in Mid 2019. The compact SUV is set to be targeted at the first time SUV buyers with its cherishing design language. The car will be in the entry-level segment and may start with the price tag of INR 5 lakh ex-showroom. Also, the Maruti Future S will be based on a new platform having unique design language on both interiors as well as exterior. The Compact SUV may come with a 1.5-liter petrol engine and a 1.3-liter diesel engine.

Maruti Suzuki Swift RS

Maruti Suzuki Swift RS is a racing iteration of the outgoing Swift model and will be placed in a premium category. It is also expected that the car will be available through the Nexa dealerships. The price of the Maruti Suzuki Swift RS will be around INR 10 lakh ex-showroom and may launch in the April 2019 period. The Maruti Swift Sport inspired model will be having 1.0-litre Booster Jet turbocharged petrol engine giving out a decent 101 bhp of peak power and 150 Nm of peak torque.

All New Celerio

The expected features include an improved touch infotainment system along with some other changes to make it a BNSVAP complaint vehicle. Some cosmetic changes in exterior design are also expected.

We are also expecting a new name for this revamped version of Ertiga. It is also rumored to be powered with a new 1.5-liter diesel engine, which is yet to be launched. The 6-seater Ertiga is aimed at luring the corporate customers who look for a premium traveling experience. To enhance the premium quotient, the car could be offered to customers at the Nexa dealerships.

Brezza Facelift and Petrol Variant

Vitara Brezza is allowing a free ride for Maruti Suzuki in the subcompact SUV segment in terms of attracting more and more Indian customers and strengthening its current customer base. The single drawback that persists buyers from owning the Vitara Brezza is the lack of a petrol powered engine. Sources from the company revealed that it could launch a petrol engine based Vitara Brezza to attract more customers and also keep their dominance in the compact SUV segment. The petrol variant is also expected to come up with a 1.5-liter engine that is currently found in the Ciaz. A facelift is also expected in the Vitara Brezza as it has stayed unchanged since its launch in 2016. The facelift will bring some new features in Brezza along with a refreshed exterior styling.

Maruti branded Corolla

Both the carmakers have partnered for product sharing in India. The Maruti branded Corolla will be based on the new-gen Corolla cars which will be up and running on the Indian roads by 2020. Earlier, Maruti has tried to touch the premium Sedan segment with Kizashi but has failed miserably. The forthcoming future is interesting for Maruti in terms of utilizing the tried and tested Corolla platform from Toyota to compete against the rivals in the premium Sedan segment.

However, in the near future, we are expecting a new 1.5 liter-diesel engine in Ertiga, which will churn out a power of 95 bhp along with 225 Nm of torque. Maruti lovers in India can expect this car to come out in March after the launch of 1.5-liter diesel engine powered Ciaz.

It is expected that Ciaz 2019 will come up with a new 1.5-liter diesel engine that will churn out the power of around 95 bhp along with 225 Nm torque. As Ciaz has received a facelift a few months back, there is a minute possibility of additional interior and exterior changes in the upcoming 1.5-liter diesel engine-based Ciaz. We also believe Ciaz will be the first in the entire Maruti range of cars that will come with a new 1.5-liter engine. According to leaked information, the car is expected to be launched in February or March this year.

New S-Cross Diesel

The new 1.5-liter powerful is also expected to debut on the upcoming S-Cross diesel from Nexa range of cars from Maruti. This flagship car brand from Maruti locks horns against the likes of Renault Duster, Hyundai Creta, and the all-new Nissan Kicks. As of now, this SUV from Maruti comes with a 1.3 diesel engine that pumps out 90 PS along with 200 Nm of torque. However, the 1.5-liter diesel engine S-Cross will come later in the market after the launch of Ciaz and Ertiga 1.5 liter diesel engine variant. This possibly indicates a 2020 launch of S-Cross, just before the BSVI emission norms will come in effect.
