What can we call about Happiness? Happiness is the reflection of human’s delight, flourishing and liberties. Everybody wants to be happy. Everybody wants happiness in extreme manner but is it really possible to measure the happiness? Is there any fix criteria for live happy?


International-Day-of-HappinessEven it is scientifically proved that a happy people have a long life and they are free from every disease. They have little chances of undergoing with some ailment. The happiness is not all about own delight and pleasure, it’s also about the gladness of others; about impregnate the hue of jocundity on the face of others which reflect in the eyes.

The International Day of Happiness is celebrated on 20th March every year. The festival is celebrated by whole world.  On this day, people share pleasure, joy with each other. The main objective of human being is ‘pursuit of happiness.’ United Nations general Assembly had been established this day on 28 June 2012. The day distinguishes as gladness, felicity, fortune and sunshine in life.

Happiness on the face of human, experiences as birds chirp which vibrant the whole world. Some people thought that the gladness is all about getting more money and wealthy or a successful job or falling in love. But it’s not true. The happiness is not about wealthy and successful life. It’s about exhilaration, positive indoctrination. It’s about how patiently you can hold rejoicing and how efficiently you can treat with life circumstances.

A Psychologist Sonja Lyubomirsky writes in her book, “A Scientific Approach to Getting the Life You Want, analyzed studies and reports that 50% of our happiness is set by our genes, 10% by life circumstances beyond our control, and 40% by our own actions.”

A well known Greek philosopher Aristotle said about it, “The purpose of human existence is to achieve happiness.” It is one of the parts of the human existence. The best part is how people live joyously with each part, that’s call as “Original Happiness” which perfectly precise the meaning of “Day of Happiness”.
