CPSC LogoChhattisgarh came in existence from 1st November 2000 after the reorganization of Madhya Pradesh state and the public service commission for the newly formed state was established on 23rd May 2001 under Act 315. CGPSC conducts examinations, arranges interviews for civil services. Commission consists of one chairman, members and secretary.

Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission is arranging examinations for 34 vacancies on the post of Mining Inspector. Candidates should have bachelor degree in Geology or Mining Engineering from any recognized university. The examination mode will be online and fee can be deposited through debit card, credit card or net banking. Interested candidates can apply online for the post before May 9, 2014.
