Required Ingredients

EggBhurji

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp of Oil
  • 2 medium size Onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp of Green Chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1 medium size Tomato (finely chopped)
  • Salt according to taste
  • 1/4 tsp of Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp of Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)

Procedure

  • First of all, heat the oil in a wok and heat it.
  • When it gets heated, add finely chopped onions and green chillies. Mix and saute for a few minutes.
  • Now add salt and keep stirring the onions for them to get soft and very slightly golden colour.
  • After that, add finely chopped tomatoes and red chilli powder. Mix, saute and cook for a few minutes.
  • Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and add salt according to taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and beat the egg mixture well.
  • Add the beaten eggs to the cooking onion tomato mixture.
  • Mix the mixture properly and cook for about 3-4 minutes on medium flame or until eggs are done.
  • Egg Bhurji is ready, serve it hot and enjoy it with Chapatti and Parathas.
