  • Bread
  • 6 Cheese Slices or Eggs (boiled and finely chopped)
  • 2 Carrots (grated)
  • 1 cup of Green Peas (boiled and mashed)
  • 2 tbsp of Mayonnaise (thick creamy sauce)
  • 2 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup
  • Salt According to taste


  • Take bread slices and cut the sides of them.
  • Now, cut them in half into triangular shape.
  • Add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and salt in a bowl and blend them properly, until a smooth sauce.
  • Now, take 1 triangular slice, spread a very thin layer of sauce mixture.
  • Add a mashed peas layer over it and put another triangular bread piece on top of it.
  • Again spread the thin layer of the sauce mixture and put cheese slices or chopped egg.
  • Now, again put the triangular bread slice and add a thin layer of the sauce mixture on it.
  • Add grated carrots over it.
  • Tiranga Sandwich is ready, serve it with sauce or wafers.
