RITES stands for Rail India Technical and Economic Service. It’s a government organization which deals mainly in transport infrastructure field for Indian Railway. When established in 1974, its initial duty was to provide consultancy services in rail transport management to their operators in India and overseas. RITES have now involved themselves in consulting and planning of infrastructures, Ports, Airports, urban planning and highways.
RITES is currently recruiting candidates for the post of civil engineer and mechanical engineer. The company requires 24 civil engineers and 15 mechanical engineers. The required qualification for these posts is full time engineering degree in the respective branches with minimum 60% marks. Gate Scorecard will see its involvement in the selection process.
