Ola Cafe: A Food Delivery Company Launched by Ola
Wow! Ola starts Ola cafe, which is a food delivery company. It promises to the customers to deliver hot meals in 20-minutes or in less time at their home. This service is now started with Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. Customers can select their food from ‘top rated‘ restaurant, which is near to them and can expect their delivery in 20-minutes.
There are particular timings of food delivery as, lunch time from 12pm to 3pm, snacks from 3pm to 7pm and dinner from 7pm to 11 pm. The company said that,
“The Ola Cafe service is accessible via the upgraded versions of the Ola Cabs app, however, the apps currently available on the App Store and Google Play do not yet offer the feature at the time of working”.
“Once users upgrade, they will see an option alongside ride types called ‘Cafe‘, within which they will see a location-specific menu offered to them. They can then choose to pay using Ola Money or cash on delivery” ,said by the company.
It is just same like when you order with the cab, customers can call to the delivery person after placing the order to confirm the information regarding your address. They can also track their order within the app’s map. Right now, this service is limited to ordering from few localities in each city.
- Bengaluru: Indiranagar, Koramangala, JP Nagar, MG Road, Brookefield, Whitefield and Bellandur.
- Hyderabad: Hitech City, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Jublilee Hills and KPHB Colony.
- Delhi: Rajouri Garden, Dwarka, Greater Kailash, Janakpuri, Pitampura, Saket and Defence Colony.
- Mumbai: Powai, Bandra West, Andheri West, Lower Parel, Narimon Point, Vashi, Borivalli West, Santacruz and Juhu.
If the customers want to cancel their delivery, they can cancel with Ola Cafe food delivery orders on the app or by calling before it is delivered. Once the order has been deliverd, cancellation will not be accepted.
