Anupy Singla– a cookbook author and a journalist, which explained her life experience into one phase: Indian as apple pie. Basically, she is from India, but later on she shifted to Philadelphia, U.S.A. Anupy Singla is passionate about Indian food and wherever she went, cooking was the thing, which she kept her connected always.

She is a former Business Reporter, but after a few years ago, she left that and started writing food and also approach to Indian cooking via writing about traditional recipes in her first two cookbooks, “The Indian Slow Cooker” and “Vegan Indian Cooking.


Her latest cookbook, “Indian For Everyone”, which was released in October, 2014. The book contains 100 recipes, which are totally vegetarian. And, today she’ll be presenting a cooking demonstration with dishes from their latest cookbook at 5:30 pm in Milwaukee Public Market, U.S.A. Her work related to cooking viewed in the Chicago Sun-Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Chicago Tribune and many other newspapers and magazines.
