PandaExpress

An American-Chinese food chain Panda Express is aiming to make an India entry in partnership with JSM. It’s one of the famous fast-food chains that serves fresh and fast Chinese food for over 30 years. The Mumbai-based JSM had earlier brought international chains, such as California Pizza Kitchen, Hard Rock Cafe and much more into the country. And, this company has also signed the agreement with Panda Restaurant Group, which runs Panda Express.

AS of now, the company is likely to launch the first few outlets of Panda Express over the upcoming six months in the major cities. Later on, around 50 stores of the brand will be opened in the next five months. This fast food chain was founded in 1983 in California, US, which is owned by the family, who has built it as on of the largest Chinese restaurant businesses in the U.S.A.

Currenlty, JSM operates eight brand properties: California Pizza Kitchen, Hard Rock Cafe, Pinkberry, Plus91, The Big Kanuha, Asilo and Ginger Tiger. And, the company is planning to start Panda Express through largely self-serviced outlets in India in order to keep operational costs low.
