  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 large onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
  • ½ finely chopped red capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
  • 1 tomato (finely chopped)
  • Fresh Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala powder
  • Ghee or oil
  • Salt according to taste

Directions to prepare it

  • Break the eggs into a large bowl .
  • Now, beat the mixture for about a minute using a fork or a beater.
