Dubai is now aiming to build the world’s longest ski slope, an ice rink as well as the world’s largest fountain. As, on Monday, Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al-Makotum, ruler of the Dubai has launched Meydan One, a project includes all those things, which are mentioned above. This project will spread in an area of 3.5 million square meters, situated between the skyscraper- Burj Khalifa and the Meydan racecourse in the Emirates Center.

It’s expected that this project will be completed in the year 2020, where Dubai will host the World Expo as the first ever Arab city. It has been found that the world’s largest fountain will be capable of shooting water up to 420 meters high.

Apart from Meydan One, the project also includes hotels, residential properties and a shopping mall. In Dubai, an artificial indoor ski slope is already there, located in the Mall of the Emirates shopping center that was opened in November 2015. As per the order of Sheikh Mohammed, who is vice president and prime minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Dubai will introduce this amazing project soon, that leads to increase the number of tourists by the year of 2020.
