It is a combination of government departments which are civil service commission and public utility commission. Regulating authority of the firm is the constitute assembly and works like a human resource management for civil servants. Public utility commission is the authority which commands the rates and services of a public utility.
Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has announced 1280 vacancies for the post of lecturer. There are total 24 posts vacant which include lecturers from different streams. The age of the applicant should range between 21 to 40 years. The pay scale for the same is concentrated at Rs. 9300-34800/-. The candidate must have passed master’s degree from a recognized university in relevant subject along with B.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.E. they can apply online through official website on or before 7th March 2014.

Educational Qualifications – Applicant should have done Post Graduate degree relevant subject with minimum 55% marks from any recognized university with B.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.E.
Selection Process – Candidates selection will be based on performance in Screening Test and Interview.
